Ticket Pick-up and Seating

Tickets for advance ticket purchasers and passholder reservations can be delivered by mail for reservations made by February 14, 2013, or issued at Will Call on the day of the show at the theatre Box Office one hour before show time. There is a $2 charge for mail delivery which is waived for patrons reserving shows under a Festival Pass.

Seating is reserved at the Vancouver Playhouse.

Roundhouse
Tickets for advance ticket purchasers and passholder reservations can be delivered by mail for reservations made by February 14, 2013, or issued at Will Call on the day of the show at the theatre Box Office 90 minutes before show time. There is a $2 charge for mail delivery which is waived for patrons reserving shows under a Festival Pass.

Seating is unassigned by “General Admission” at the Roundhouse.

Scotiabank Dance Centre
Tickets for advance ticket purchasers and passholder reservations can be delivered by mail for a $2 charge, or issued at Will Call on the day of the show at the theatre Box Office one hour before show time. There is a $2 charge for mail delivery which is waived for patrons reserving shows under a Festival Pass.

Seating is unassigned by “General Admission” at the Scotiabank Dance Centre.

Seating times are not known in advance due to the varying needs of our guest artists, but typically commence around 15 minutes before show time. Latecomers will not be seated.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made in full in case of a cancelled performance. No other refunds will be made. There is no refund for tickets or festival passes after the purchase has been processed, including for missed performances.

Reservation Conditions

Ticket sales and passholder reservations are received up until 5 PM on the day of a show, and must be claimed at least 15 minutes before show time. Tickets and passholder reservations for patrons who are not present at least 15 minutes before show time will be subject to re-sale. Latecomers will not be seated. We strongly advise you to reserve your dates as early as possible. For Roundhouse shows, come early to enjoy the free show at 7 PM, art gallery and licensed bar in the Exhibition Hall.

Passholder Conditions of Use

Passholders must redeem their passes by using their pass code issued at time of purchase to make advance reservations for the specific shows they will be attending. Admittance will not be granted to passholders without reservations. Passholder purchases and reservations are subject to the same Refund Policy and Reservation Conditions as single ticket purchasers.

Both 4 and 7 show Roundhouse Flex Passes are valid for performances at either Scotiabank Dance Centre or the Roundhouse Performance Centre; Roundhouse Flex Passes are not valid for performances at the Vancouver Playhouse. Playhouse Passes are valid for one ticket to a single performance each of Black Grace and Margie Gillis and are not valid for shows at Scotiabank Dance Centre or the Roundhouse Performance Centre.
