Online / vidf.ca: 24/7, up until 5 PM on the day of the show.
By Phone / 604-662-4966: 12 to 5 PM every day from March 1 to 21, 2010, except closed on Sunday, March 7 and 14, 2010. (Administrative staff are available to take your calls during regular office hours prior to March 1, 2010.)
At the Door: 90 minutes before show time at the Roundhouse Community Centre, and 2 hours before show time at the Vancouver Playhouse.
Ticket Pick-up and Seating: Tickets for advance ticket purchasers and passholder reservations are issued only at Will Call on the day of the show at the Box Office "Door" times noted above. Seating is unassigned by "General Admission" at both the Roundhouse Community Centre and the Vancouver Playhouse. Seating times are not known in advance due to the varying needs of our guest artists, but typically commence around 15 minutes before show time. Latecomers will not be seated. |

| Refund Policy and Reservation Conditions |
| There is no refund for tickets or festival passes after the purchase has been processed, including for missed performances. Ticket sales and passholder reservations are received up until 5 PM on the day of a show, and must be claimed at least 15 minutes before show time. Tickets and passholder reservations for patrons who are not present at least 15 minutes before show time will be subject to re-sale. Latecomers will not be seated. We strongly advise you to reserve your dates as early as possible. For Roundhouse shows, come early to enjoy the free show (check show times), art gallery and licensed bar in the Exhibition Hall. The Vancouver Playhouse also operates a licensed bar in the foyer. |

| Passholder Conditions of Use |
| Festival passes are non-transferable, and allow admittance for only the valid passholder to a given show. Passholders must contact Box Office by phone to make advance reservations for the specific shows they will be attending. Admittance will not be granted to passholders without reservations. Passholder purchases and reservations are subject to the same Refund Policy and Reservation Conditions as single ticket purchasers. Passholders are free to switch their reservations, at their convenience and within reason, up until 5 PM on the day of a show. The Roundhouse Pass is not valid for the Kickstart performance on March 21 which is reserved for Gala ticketholders. |
